My last experience was rough. Used a promo to get a free mango freeze when you buy a double steak grilled cheese burrito. I go to pick up my food and they tell me I have a balance for the freeze. Shoe my receipt and it takes forever before they fix it. Grab my food and what did they forget? The double steak grilled cheese burrito. Turns out that "double steak" means 2 bites of the burrito have steak.
Highly satisfied. The team of Noah and Tristan were excellent. Professional, engaging and friendly. The Doritos Loco Taco and Baja Blast Zero hit the spot. Did I say Highly satisfied?
I've been here twice. Both experiences were bad.. Employees are not engaged and don't acknowledge customers. More attention is towards the drive thru. No cashier unless you call for one. They want you to rely on the kiosk. Could be a better experience if they show more customer service across the board.
