Taco Bell

Welcome to the the worst Taco Bell to my knowledge. I get we went late at night but that’s not an excuse to screw up a simple order. As per the receipt we only ask for six items and we we got why more than we asked for. We got back to our hotel room and opened the bag and magically the bag had way more food then we paid for. That would have been nice if it had been the right order. We opened up the quesadillas and they were steak. That would had been ok but the steak was raw and not even heated up properly. The other items in the bag were just as bad. The food was cold and the only thing they got right was the drinks. The guy at the window was passing a open container back and forth with the car in front of us. That should have been a huge red flag to just drive through and not even get our order. I have sent emails to Taco Bell Corporate and have tried calling the store directly to see if we could get some type of refund for the poor job performance from this store. I wouldn’t go back

First of all, taco bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. Having said that, this particular location seems to be struggling. My order (3/4/2023 11:30am): 1. Was missing the cheese dip from the chips and cheese. (My son was devastated) 2. Did not come with the requested sauce packets. 3. The soft tacos were way too full of beef and cheese. (See attached picture after I scraped off the excess) 4. They asked me to pull up and wait despite only having 2 people in line behind me and 2 cars parked in the parking lot which in actuality were probably employee cars. Of course, I did not realize any of this until I made it home. Obviously excess beef and cheese on tacos is not a problem as I can simply scrape it off, but it does create profit issues for this location. The next paragraph is my opinion: What is the real issue?? It may be presumptuous to just blame lazy or incompetent cooks/cashiers. My opinion is that this is poor management. Lol ordered Doritos tacos supreme (with lettuce, sour cream, tomato) but all of the tacos are empty… kinda disappointing when you get home and realize you have almost empty taco shells just with some shredded cheese inside (all of them are like that I just took picture of 1) lol oh well
