Szechuan Omei Restaurant

Delivery took well over an hour (which I expected based off reviews from grub hub). When I got my food my fried rice was kind of soggy and bland. My dumplings were very soggy and didnt have much meat in them compared to the usual place I eat at. The spicy wings where good. I asked for spicy and I'm just going to assume that was their level of spicy but they were not. Still wasnt bad though (the wings). I will not order from here again.

Orders take anywhere from 1.5-2 hours to arrive. Customer service stinks. when I call about my late order I'm always told "driver just left" then it takes another half hour to an hour! This place is literally right down the street. Once when I complained because it took two hours to have food delivered they told me "don't use the online order feature, just call" well don't have that feature then!!!! not worth the bother or the wait. I ordered again tonight due to being in a pinch for dinner and here I am... an hour and 45 minutes later, no food. absolutely the WORST delivery service in Tucson I have ever had.

It was great. I read all the negative reviews and I tried it anyway because it was convenient. And was very pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome. Food came out super quick. The mongolian beef was a little salty, but it was still really good. Excellent egg flower soup. Overall nice little Chinese restaurant. I don't know why all the negative reviews are there unless they've changed management again. Give it a shot.
