Sylvania Diner

Diane is a wonderful waitress. My new wife and family has been coming her for years. They absolutely love her. She remembers all her customers and they all love it too. The food is great also.

Placed a pickup order here as I have done many times. Picked the order up and when I got where I was going realized that’s it was wrong. Called the restaurant and spoke with the waitress who took my order and gave it to me. She said that she would talk to the manager and get back with me the next day since she was working then. Next day, no phone call no nothing. I stopped in that afternoon, talked with another waitress who spoke with the manager who had no idea who she was and said that she never informed them about my order. I was told that the best that they could do was remake my order and discount it 20%. Really?! You messed up my order and I have to pay again to get it fixed correctly! Never again! I used to there twice a week. Any other place that I have been when they make a mistake they fix it. Not here. Last time there!

I have heard so many great things about this place but never got around to trying them until this morning for breakfast. The waitress was on the ball in quickly taking care of drink refills. I ordered Eggs Benedict and had choice of hash browns or home fries. I chose the home fries. The meal was delicious! The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be back!
