We visited you Seven Hills location today. First time in months. The food and customer service is pitiful. People wait to get service and I am not sure if the management or servers. I was watching while we were sitting waiting for our food a longgggg time. No other locations operate like Seven Hills. The customer sent her food back three times and the server was telling food was correct. Cold fries and hamburger the was all ground up. Needed a fork to eat. She sent back three times. I think you need to look at the management. Employee smoking in the back of building talking on phone. Who is cooking the food. Thanks for listening. Marianne
This was my first time trying Swensons and I must say that it was amazing. I would like to highlight my server Will, he explained how I’m supposed to order and made my experience an exciting one! Definitely will return to grab the potato teezers and hope to see Will again!
