I agree with many of the other reviewers that it feels like Sweetgreen is nickel and diming their customers. It's already an expensive salad and to see that you're not getting a full-leveled scoop feels like we're being short-changed. The ingredients are fresh and thus I want to keep shopping here but I always have second doubts because the customer service is consistently mediocre. Yesterday I was asked if I want "small, medium, or large" salad dressing which in my experience each size is different depending on who is pouring thus I asked if I could just say when but was accused of being difficult. You just can't win at Sweetgreen.

The food is good, but you get 20-30% less food if you order using the app. I’m spending $16 on a salad, I should at least be full from it!!

The worker there was so nice, my friend who had no money to pay for their food, the worker allowed them to get their food for free. They are so nice and the food is great!
