Ordering to go is wildly painful. Instead of using the built in shelves with name labeling, the staff keeps the orders behind the register. This creates chaos as patrons must queue and ask for their to go orders individually, which the staff then finds slowly as they sort through the many orders behind them. I genuinely have no idea why they don't use the system built into the wall for this exact purpose. The attached pictures are related. The first is the long line to pick up during the dinner rush, and the second is the unused wall system. Also the salads are tasty but expensive.

The salads are really good, the service is pretty fast and the price is average. They have some prebuilt salads, that you can order and just forget about it. There's an option to build your custom salad, where you can choose the base, the toppings and ingredients. There are usually long lines in peak hours, but they move quite fast. Also they have some seatings indoor and outside.

Incredibly rude service. When I arrived at the counter the server simply started laughing at me. I hadn’t even said a word. When I asked what was so funny she turned to her co-workers and spoke in Spanish. Simply rude. Won’t be coming back again. Do better.
