The customer service here has disappointed me and my friends that I bring numerous times. The employees don't seem like they want to be there and won't even say anything to you when you approach the register. Countless times the customer service always leaves a bad taste in our mouth. It really takes away from the overpriced experience of it all. Don't get me wrong. The chicken sandwich tastes pretty good, but they really need a change in employees there before they tank the business.
The spicy chicken sandwich was not good. I was looking forward to a delicious crispy chicken sandwich and what I received was a crispy no flavor having chicken sandwich. The chicken crust was extra spicy but the chicken had absolutely no flavor. The packing district has so many choices, I am disappointed with this one.I much rather have tried another place.
I come all the way from Phoenix just to eat this damn sandwich. It is hands down the best spicey chicken sandwich I've ever had of any type- whether it's "hot" or Korean or Tennessee or buffalo or whatever other spicey chicken sandwiches are. They don't white wash the spice- it will burn you with a slow building (I get xtra hot) that is just so delicious ???? also the smashed potatoes hit real hard. I'm a fry girl, but these are cwispy outsides and floofy inside goodness with some rosemary on top. Do yourself a favor and ask for the pickled habanero. Idk how they do it, but they're not burning hot and instead impart a nice sweetness to the mix. When these guys closed during COVID I damn near cried. All spicey sandwiches are compared to this one in my head. It's spicey, sweet, crunchy, soft perfection. Go eat it. Seriously. Right meow.
