Sweet Crunch

OMG do not miss out on this place if you like sweet things! We were practically licking our plates these waffles were so good! Worth every penny. Easiest way to get here is via lightrail but you can park in their parking deck and they will validate it. We got one berry loaded and one s'mores waffle they were both freshly made and the berries were fresh too.

I love liege waffles, but they aren't easy to find in Charlotte. I know of two other places to find them, so I was excited when this spot opened. Obviously I had to get them while at the Market at 7th St. I decided to get a BYOWaffle with a Cinnamon-Sugar Base, Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Marshmallow, Icing, and Caramel Sauce. This was a fantastic combination and I loved it. They don't skimp on the toppings which I appreciate. I'll be back to try one of their savory waddles next time!

Stopped by Sweet Crunch today and was beyond impressed. I've never had anything like a Liege waffle before but it was such a cool experience, all the way down to seeing it be made. It may seem like just a waffle but until you try it you'll never know what you're missing out on! Melissa and the gentleman she was with were very welcoming and friendly after I told them I had just moved to the area. Highly recommend and will be back!
