Sway

We were only staying on Louisville 1 night so we wanted what we thought was a true southern place. Upon entering we did notice that there weren't many people in there. Being that it was a Friday night and around 6pm was somewhat odd, but we decided to stay. Our waitress came over and gave us our menus and asked us for our drink orders. The local beer I had was good. My wife and I ordered sway burgers, both at different temps. I don't remember which steaks we ordered but I ordered mine med. Rare and my wife's was supposed to be medium. My wife's came out bloody purple unfortunately and mine was pale brown.. So both way off. I switched with her even though mine was with a bun. ( she has a wheat allergy) so I had to make sure there was no bun remaining on what I gave her. We were so hungry from our long drive and we didn't want to make a big deal so we decided to just eat it.. Probably not the best move for undercooked meat but whatever. This place serves food?? We were here for the drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great overall experience. Drinks were delicious. I recommend the Peachy Peach (or something like that. It. Was. Delicious.

Interesting visit. I Googled "best breakfast buffet in Louisville" and place popped up. Surprised to find a tiny buffet. Kind of average for a hotel breakfast. If you're staying here and it's included in your room, it's certainly okay...but NOTHING special. Surely can't be one of the best in Louisville.
