Got the Oklahoma sampler. It gives you a sample of every meat and has a good amount of food. Portions are enough to share. Service is great! Love there sweet sauce and bold and tangy.
Seriously their ribs are good! But last 2 visits problem with sides. This last visit i never received my salad. I called and held on for a mgr. He said corporate would call me. Not a word so far. The week before i had ordered fried okra. There were 2 pieces that were edible. Old oil and overcooked to hard and burnt. I called and they said oh I will let the mgr. Know. I called in and pick up at drive through and they want a tip. I didnt even get the food i paid for! Mainly everyone can make errors and sometimes they are very busy. Its how they handled their error that is the problem. Not sure i want to go back. But they have killer ribs.
Never had anything but a positive experience here until tonight. Placed an order online at 5:40, website said it would be ready in about 18 minutes knowing it might take a bit longer I showed up a little before 6:10. Was told they were still working on it, they were really busy so I understood. However it was almost 40 more minutes (over an hour in total after I ordered) before I got my order and multiple people who placed an order at the to go register AFTER I got there received their food before I did. I also saw multiple people come back to get orders fixed after receiving the wrong thing or missing something....I understand that it was a Friday night and they were busy with in house, drive thru and to go orders but get it together Swadleys this is unlike you!
