Sushi Ramen

I ordered here for the first time on Uber Eats. It took over 2 hours to be delivered which really sucked. The delivery driver told me they forgot an item in my order so he had to go back to pick it up which made it take longer. I ordered the spicy ramen with shrimp ????????, spicy krab hand roll ????, and thai iced tea . The ramen was good but very overpriced at $16… it should be like $10 max for what you get. The portion is a good size but isn’t really $16 worthy. I would give the ramen a 7.5/10. I haven’t tried the spicy krab hand roll yet..The thai iced tea tasted very good but there wasn’t much of it because the cup was filled with so much ice that I couldn’t even put the straw in it. I would give the thai tea a 9/10. It would be really cool if they served bubble tea too ???? Lastly, I asked for extra spicy mayo on the side and I received 2 side cups with a very very tiny bit of mayo in the bottom of them as shown in the pic. I had to see what happened to my beloved Star Sushi and I wanted to give the new company a chance but the customer service was difficult due to language differences. Ordering was a struggle. I asked if there was any fried rolls and he directed me to a Chinese spring roll, which was the first red flag. He then told me Japanese don't fry their sushi rolls and that's fine, but Japanese also dont serve spring rolls. So I ordered a spicy tuna roll instead, but then he said they could fry the bagel roll. Ok that's odd but I was curious so I got both. Well it took about 20 minutes which is fair but the sushi was bad. The bagel roll was cut before being fried so each individual peice was fried and the salmon inside was cooked brown which was odd yet somehow still tasted very fishy. The sauces were good. The spicy tuna roll was normal. It really makes me miss Star Sushi, but at least now I have closure.

I've been visiting this location for over 10 years. Star Thai was absolutely amazing. When I discovered there was a newly established business here, I was glad I'm adventurous and even more so once I've experienced. Sushi Ramen is even more incredible! The staff is kind and fun. The menu and chef are wow factor! And they even have late night entertainment.
