Sushi Monster

This restaurant has been my in-laws favorite place for over a decade now. My husband took me on our first date there, and pretty much every special occasion is spent here. Our favorite things on the menu are the birds nest, the steak hibachi, shrimp and chicken tempura and their crab cucumber salad. Ken and Nancy are the best and so nice to us every time!

Great sushi and for me that is all that matters. The host made us feel unwelcomed at first because we were a bigger group but then she was fine. The food was fresh and good portions. Overall we liked it.

I had the Stephanie Roll which was recommended as a spicy roll. I definitely liked this roll. I also had Salmon, tuna and yellowtail Ngiri, all three were fresh and will definitely have to come back soon. They do serve beer. Since Utah is kinda weird about alcohol had to make sure y'all knew they served beer. I have to have a Sapporo with my sushi rolls everytime. They also serve sake which I did not try.
