Pretty good Hakata raman! I wish they included a seasoned egg and nori. The chashu was a bit tough for my liking. Aside from that, the broth was great and the noodles had a lovely texture.
one of the best neighborhood sushi/Japanese restaurants. you can tell the owner takes pride in his work and they have a great variety of types of sushi for everyone (traditional nigiri etc to more adventurous rolls) as well as other types of japanese food. definitely a hidden gem.
We love this place!! I havent taste any sushi like here.. i recommend Captain luis!!
