Wonderful family owned sushi bar with options like ramen, udon and bao. Great vegan selection. They have a model train that carries the sushi around like a conveyor style bar.
My favorite sushi place in Portland hasn't changed a bit and is great for it. A toy train carries around cheap rolls of good sushi. Great wait staff and quick service. Decent vegan options.
First conveyor belt sushi experience. The chefs kept the train cars pretty stocked up with a variety of rolls, sashimi, and desserts. Prices were reasonable as well.
