Sushi Area 909

Had my food delivered and you could tell it was freshly prepared. The spicy tuna is fresh and spicy. The rice is a bit too sweet compared to other sushi rice and for my taste. The california roll is missing something from it compared to other sushi places. The salmon is also very fresh tasting. I would order again but would not order anything with the crab. I noticed for certain rolls they use the stick instead of breaking it down and to me a while stick versus broken down crab impacts the flavor of the roll. It is really just personal preference.

Came here to try it, I regret it immensely. I ordered a roll, it was $18 and when it got to the table it looked like it was tossed on a plate with no presentation what so ever. It was completely covered in an unknown topping that was not listed in the menu's description of the roll. Soaked in sauce, the rice was soggy and barely stuck to the seaweed. Tables were sticky and the place is a dump. Overall is was the most disgusting meal I've had in years, I would avoid it at all costs.

Hopefully I can have an experience to dine in here! Stopped by after work to place a to go order. The waitress was friendly. It's happy hour from 2-5 (not sure of that's just mon-fri) I got 3 rolls, edamame, and an asahi beer for $28.
