Sura Korean BBQ

First thing first…tipping should be optional! There was a group of us (3 adults and 2 kids). As we walked in we didn’t even receive a greeting. They asked us “5 people”? Then they didn’t even bother to serve water to us. Gave us 5 empty glasses and a other of water. Are they that lazy that they won’t pour water for us? Isn’t that the point of having a server? Then they refused to bring out our vegetables. I had to ask 3 times end we finally received them. They would not come to our table unless I raised my hand. And to top it off they added a 20% tip to the bill! Typing should be optional especially when the service is this bad! I will never bring my family or friends there again! There are other Korean/Japanese BBQ better than this place.

They've got the MEATS. Totally worth the price, we weren't rushed at all, the staff was super polite and helpful. They're not trying to catch you with leftover food either. We had some minor bits left on our plates and weren't charged.

First time at Sura Korean BBQ restaurant ???? the food quality is ok ???? and the food portion is very good ???? and customer service is good, I enjoyed the atmosphere. The only thing is the need major renovation overall but I still recommend ???? the place .
