You are paying for their location and flashy interior. Food was very bland, reminds me of am/pm convenience store food. People who like this stuff are usually kids who haven't developed taste buds yet. Or adults who are used to fast food quality. For the price, eat something better tasting than this. I had the cheeseburger deluxe and chicken deluxe. I'd say the burger was slightly better than the chicken.

I'm glad they finally reopened back up. There is still no dining inside, but they have a few tables outside. I still go with the classic Double Deluxe meal. The burger is simple, but very delicious. The crinkle fries are also nice and crispy and goes well with the strawberry fizzy drink. Definitively one of the best fast food burger joints in town.

Gross ! would have left a minus 100 if possible. Not only did they not seem able to properly take an order. We witnessed an employee not wash her hands after using the bathroom, which since this customer was washing hands, she should have had some kind of reminder. We then witnessed her behind the counter preparing food (ours ? )without gloves on. This was the point where I informed my family that wed just go eat somewhere else. We left without the food wed paid for, because I wasn't about to possibly expose my children to hepatitis. Once again, GROSS ! This was the pearl district location. Worst fast food experience ever.
