Super Shack

Our first experience was wonderful! This is exactly what Sherman needed!! Liz is the manager and she was so nice and helpful, even checking to see how the food was and if we needed anything else to drink! Quality customer service with quality food!! My wife and I travel across the US to eat at great spots and this is definitely a place that we will come to often.

This place is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! The catfish is moist and tasteful. The chicken is full of flavor and rivals Chick-fil-A chicken. Yeah. That good! The fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection! And all the dipping sauces you'd come to expect from a seafood place. The ONLY thing I have an issue with, and it's a small issue, is the onion rings. But that's not a huge deal at a seafood place. Oh, and the calamari was GREAT as well!

Very disappointed! Paid over $55.00 for my meal. I said I was eating at the restaurant, but they prepared my meal to go. Everything in my platter tasted like water, no seasoning at all. I asked Cajun extra spicy. The shrimp extremely small, crawfish overdone, they were mush, crab legs were not fresh, they had a smell to them. The corn and potatoes was soaked in this red oil, still no flavor. All of the seasoning was just thrown on top of the seafood. I tried to express how disappointed I was and the women says let me just bring you some more sauce. She gave me more red oil sauce!! It was the quality of the food that was the problem. What a waste of $ for sure and I always give a restaurant 3 tries because every establishment can have a bad day. This was my 5th time here and I know restaurants have had challenges but from this experience. I will not return. I do not recommend this place at all.
