Subway

I've been going to this Subway location nearly every week for over 2 years, and I can't recommend them enough! Their service is quick and the customer service is second to none. I've gotten to know the staff and they are always welcoming and inviting.

I would agree with the rest of the negative "rude" "poor customer service" reviews. I had buying a custom sandwich from them for the past three months, yesterday I go in and order the same sandwich, one of the owners is the only one there. He goes and rings my sandwich up and its 30% more than every other time. I ask him why its so much more and he just gives me this look and states 'because that's the way I rang it up". I tried to explain how its always done.. he was basically take it or leave it. So, guess that's the last time I buy anything from this store. There are plenty of other Subway's to go to, we don't need someone who is this rude.

Service is bad. They severely lack customer service skills. Before placing an order, I asked if a coupon included a particular sandwich. I was told yes by the sandwich prep employee, then I was told no by the cashier. When I asked why I was initially told yes, the other employee told the cashier that he thought it was included. The cashier shook her head no and refused to honor the coupon. The cashier even replied that she didn’t have any comment cards and she didn’t know the customer service number.
