This is my second encounter with this Subway. The first time I ordered online and my savings switches were all 3 wrong they all had green peppers on them and I didn't put them on my order. This time I went I Into the store and again was disappointed with the outcome. I said none of my sandwiches were to be toasted 3 times I was asked to toast them. I gave my condiments to them lettuce tomato and southwest then lettuce tomato and mayo. As the sandwiches were being built I was repeatedly asked to have pepper onions pickles. None of which were requested. I guess the guy thought I was too stupid to know how I like my sandwiches and was coerced to add things I did not want and were never even mentioned. So I'm done with that Subway. They don't listen and try to get me to put things on my sandwich they like and felt like it was unfathomable that I didn't want them toasted. So good luck and pay attention or you'll get something you didn't request.

I've been overcharged about 3 dollars for every sandwich and wrap I've ever ordered here and I'm honestly just tired with it. I filed a complaint formally and the owner had the audacity to formally respond to me via email saying that it is my error in not understanding the pricing of menu items. The Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole wrap is 7.99. The owner, YES THE OWNER, repeatedly has rung up my order as the footlong that costs 11.99. It's happened about a dozen times and I'm just done with it. I've even brought it up when I watched it happen at the register. I get we are all struggling during this pandemic but to scam me out of a couple extra bucks is just ridiculous. I'll drive the extra mile to another location from now on.
