Subway

This Subway in the Pilot/Flying J truck stop at Northwoods & I-75 is always Fast, Fun and Fresh. They're not afraid to pile the produce on by the handful???????? This store is always clean, pleasant and well-stocked with fresh bread and cookies!!???? Not to mention they're open all night ???? ????

I've Been coming to this subway location for about 5 years or more and I never had a bad experience until last night. the employee rudely asked me what I wanted!! and every time I told him the ingredients he started breathing heavy and slamming the ingredients on my sandwich I had to ask him was everything alright. He tells me " don't start with me" " dont start with me" and "you dont want none of this." I said excuse me, because that was a threat!! and I immediately went for the the flying j manager who was no help!! I'll be calling corporate flying j and subway. No more fuel and subs until this is resolved!!

My father and I stopped while traveling to grab some subs & it was such a pleasant experience. The employee, Chris, was such a nice kid & so helpful & accommodating. He provided amazing customer service. He made each of our sandwiches exactly the way we requested, & he completed the task with extreme courtesy & a desire to please.
