Subway

We had a bad experience here. We tried to order on their app and it wasn’t working so we asked them in store if they would honor the online discount since the app wasn’t working correctly and they said no. So we tried ordering online from their website instead so we would get the deal since we have a big family and we asked if they could help us with ordering online and they did not and said “it’s finicky”. It was terrible. There wasn’t anyone else inside Subway and they were just standing around so you would think they would at least try or make it easy and just honor the discount. Ridiculous! And then once we ordered online (which didn’t work correctly still so we didn’t get correct sandwiches) they took FOREVER to make them and one employee made them (when she decided to while the other employee stood there. Very disappointed and frustrated especially with hungry kiddos.

Had to place two orders as the online site only let's you order 6 sandwiches at a time. And once you start a sandwich order, you can't change the size, but instead have to delete it if you forgot to change from the 1 foot to the 6 inch size. The sandwiches were all made and just being finished when I got to the store.

The staff was so friendly and worked beautifully together. Chicken bacon ranch, with all the veggies, on the Italian herb and cheese bread.
