I've started to go to the other subway location as the main guy that works at this one isn't very good in the customer service department. He's been condescending and seemingly sarcastic when I ask questions. Otherwise food quality is good and restaurant is clean.
I go there every now and again because it is close to my house and sometimes is more convenient than the one on 164, but I avoid it if I can. The food is always fine, but the guy feels the need to argue with me about toppings or at least provide negative comments...every single time. He has even argued with me about things completely unrelated to Subway. I don't know if they'll get a 15th chance.
I live very close so like to stop after work. A new large quarterback size guy with dark hair took care of me. I have never been treated so rude in my entire life. Just made my skin crawl and wont go back there. EVER!
