Subway

Service was absolutely abhorrent. They were short staffed and moving slow, but that is understandable. My complaint however is that they were unwilling to do work. They were out of things and when we asked if it was was possible to get more he said something along the lines of “I can’t do that because it will take like five minutes and I have other things to do.” Understandable if you have things to do but ultimately the customers are your priority and if we’re willing to wait five minutes for something like Mayo (an easy thing to get) then we should get Mayo. No worries tho, from Wisconsin, went to kwik trip earlier today and had some Mayo in my pocket. Really wish the had Kwik Trips in Minnesota, kinda lame that they don’t. Really hoping they fix that soon. Not to mention the bathrooms were locked, and they had to pry it open with a knife, little awkward, but fine. They do however deserve recognition for not quitting.

We arrived and Quanisha (Queen) was great. She works well under pressure and alone. I could tell she was irritated by the look on her face however, she was friendly, had a smile, She is great, has good customer service, good energy and she was working all by herself. Keep up the good work.

Possibly worst Subway ever. Visited this location 9/18/22 at approximately 11-11:30a and the store was filthy! There were ALOT of fruit flies and regular flies flying around, the kid that was working barely said a thing, wouldn’t look at us and just kept watching outside? The shredded lettuce looked old and brown, the sandwich making area looked like it wasn’t even cleaned from the night before as I saw old vegetables that looked like they had almost dehydrated between the bins. Management needs to do better at this location.
