No welcomes, no soup, while i was there 2 ppl left the line due to long wait times ... only four ppl in line theywere more worried about the customer outside... i left also with no sandwich unfortunately.. bad place
good food. fast service, only downside is customer service needs to be friendlier. also there are no salads or any limited time breads like e.g.HERO bread.
Henessey really helped me out when I screwed up order and she had to remake my sub. No new charge, and did it with a smile. We all love subs, but I'd definitely recommend going to this spot cuz of their exceptional customer service. Thx again!
