Subway

Horrible Experience. Over 1 hour to get 2 sandwiches (even did a mobile order). They were out of several breads, proteins, and veggies. The restaurant was filthy ( floor, all booths, even behind the counter). I sent my family back outside because it was so bad. They either need better management or ownership to step in. Will never go back. Absolutely Horrid Experience!!! Not worth it.

Deja is a great employee, even remembering customer's orders. However, the male that works with her is incredibly slow, taking almost 15-20 minutes to complete my sandwich. He also doesn't wash his hands in between touching the register. Subway has gone downhill dramatically. Used to be in and out easily, now I have to schedule out almost 20 minutes to get one easy sandwich made. Why even ask for a tip at that point?

I’ve been doing curbside at the location on southern and they’ve been good but the last couple times we’ve been to this location has been terrible. We ordered curbside on the app, and both times we were told our food was ready, but when we arrived our food had not even been started on. So we had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes while they attended the customers inside, and then started to work in our food. If it’s gonna be awhile fine, but don’t make us wait in your parking lot longer for food that was never even ready in the first place. This actually really bothers me a lot, and I’m being pretty kind here, so it would be nice that if you could re train your employees if this review is looked at.
