Subway

Ordered through the app so I wasn’t there to watch my food being prepared. Big mistake. The subs were very sloppy. My bread was flaky and stale. I called and the lady was very rude and offered no resolution. I used to eat here pretty often since they are 24 hours. Not anymore!

Overcharged! Avoid! There are other Subways in the area. I ordered a veggie spinach wrap and was overcharged for a Roast Beef Wrap which was $2.00 more. I wasn't given my receipt so I asked for it. The man said "They're the same price, you're fine". NO they are not. I paid by c/c so I didn't have the patiences to stay and get my money back. They rationed our toppings, very sparce. Asking for a normal amount was like pulling teeth. The womens room was closed and the place is not clean at all. We were traveling and tired so we took our sandwiches and left. Next exit south was a Subway. Which we had stopped at that one. Karma Subway owner, karma will always win.

So, the quality of taste was great. I've never been disappointed by the taste of the subs. However, the woman at the register had knowingly added items on the receipt that were NOT ordered. Adding a whole extra sub, and extra drinks onto an already large order. Myself and my training class had gone in all together as our instructor was kind enough to buy us all 11 of us lunch. Apparently it happens quite often with his classes and I've noticed a lot if other people complaining about similar issues. I would call it a simple mistake because of the large group, but we went one by one as to not cause confusion. The gentleman there was very quick and accurate from what all had said, but the woman there was the one working register and toppings, so she knows exactly what came up. So, I don't understand how it could be a "mistake" if she watched and helped make each sandwich and counted as she went. ESPECIALLY hearing and reading that it happens often.
