I was the only customer in the store. She comes out from the back and stares at me. No hello, no greeting at all. I said hello! May I please have, blah,blah,blah... She sighs, acts as if it's an inconvenience that I places an order. As She slowly makes my order, she says, "you think I'm rude huh" then she continues to complain about her coworkers and how they never do their job. That was her poor excuse for her bad customer service. I have been comomg.to.this Subway for over 10 years. Think I'll be switching locations from now on. I'm appalled by how nasty and rude she was.
Yes I have been here before and it’s always clean, workers always pleasant. Today I got a salad, very disappointed. Very small.
Very poor customer service skills shown by the older employee working. Will not visit again and will tell people to visit other fine restaurants in Castle Shannon / Whitehall area.
