I’m unhappy with the service at this location. Whenever I place my order online for a specific time to pick up, it would never be ready even when it’s not busy. At times, I would see my food sitting on the counter not being packaged. This has happened on multiple occasions and yet there would be barely people there. When I don’t want my sandwich toasted, they still toast it anyway.
Very patient and professional even when dealing with rude customers! Very clean too!
Poor ability to recognize and to communicate. Waited 10 minutes for service just to tell me “ there were online orders he needed to accomplished before he could take my order. Why not tell me that while waiting in line? Get more help!!!
