The service is good, but not consistent across board. Everyone kind of does their own thing. You can tell they are inundated with pickup orders and the employees inside. It should be there people there at all times. Times have change and staff should reflect that. Cookies are not consistently soft, sometimes hard. Employees do too much while customers are in the store. This is not everytime, you just don't know what you are going to get when you come in.

Just easy to order and get delivered in a timely manner.

Came to this location after we saw a scary long line at another. Glad that we did...we were greeted as soon as the door opened with a hello. Joshua was so kind and helpful. Not sure if he was a manager but if not he should be. Very well organized and his multi tasking skills are beyond words. Made sandwiches, checked in online orders, served pick up orders, while remaining sanitary of course. He was calm as it got busier and also seemed to be training another employee. Great employee's deserve recognition. He was great and the location is the cleanest we've ever been in.
