Subway

The app's progress bar only counts down to the estimated pickup time. When it says "now building" it could already be done or it might not be close to starting. Totally pointless. Not hard to set it up so printing the receipt or hitting a button when you actuality start the sandwich actually means something. There's no point if it doesn't actually help you not wait around or pickup cold food. Idiots.

I stood staring at 2 employees for a several minutes while they chatted to each other with mask down over open food. They never acknowledged I was even there with my 2 kids so I walked away. If you want even a little customer service courtesy and care about general health restrictions then I suggest passing by this Subway. UPDATE March 2022: I recently gave this Subway another chance and it looks like the employees I mentioned before are no longer there. The girl we had helping us was awesome and really fast but actually seemed to like what she was doing. She was friendly and took care of all the customers very professionally. Just wish I remembered her name.

The service received from the young lady behind the counter brought the rating UP to 3 star or else it would be a 1.5-2.0. She was courteous & friendly and quickly prepared my order. I was in around 2:00pm on a Monday & it was very slow, maybe 4-5 other people during my 39 minute visit. Almost every table was dirty and had not been cleaned as well as the floor. 4 of the 8 selections did not work at the soda fountain. Root beer doesn't have a tag but also did not work.
