Terrible customer serviceThree of the employees were extremely rude To a customer, Including My manager. I would not eat or do business with this store
They had good customer service and their food was really good I tried a new sandwich and it was better than my usual sandwich
I don't understand how orders submitted via the app can be so wrong. Even when ordering in person, the workers would spread the toppings unevenly and the sandwiches are not cut properly. The produce is not fresh. We decided to try again last week, and our orders were completely wrong, again, to the point where neither of us could actually eat the sandwiches we bought. I contacted Subway for a refund, and never got a response.
