Mike & Vicki Lowe are terrible owners, they leave employees shortstaffed every day. Any time I come to their place of business it's one employee dealing with online orders, call-ins and walk-ins causing a hold up on the customers end. It's not the employees fault they have to much work to do on their own. Very disappointed in you Mike and Vicki.

No idea how this place is still open and the owners aren't in jail. They don't run a business, they run a sweat shop for teens. No breaks, long hours, no help. So many times, Vicky, has told my teenage son that he is replaceable. Great leadership. I think instead of leaving a bad review, I should file a complaint with the state of Ohio. The chicken and bacon ranch sandwich is good. But at this location it taste like sadness
