The employee had head phones on and didn’t remove them until the third time they asked me to repeat myself (which I did in English and Spanish) followed by them removing their mask to ask again what I said when they couldn’t understand. The sandwiches were made falling apart out of the wrapper. Not to mention the employee refused to give a refund, name, or get the manager/owner on the phone. I sure as heck wasn’t going to eat this uncooked mess. I work in restaurant management and you can bet an employee who treated a customer like this would get a well deserved “promotion” to customer. Mistakes happen, but acting as if you’re in the right after making blatant mistakes as well as being rude is something really special.

Maybe if you paid your workers a better wage me and 4 other people in line doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes to place an order. Hire more workers. At least we had chairs to sit while we waited.
