Subway

I order a meatball salad ???? when I got to my car the meatballs ware cold from a fridge temperature. The person that I talk to was extremely disrespectful she got mad BC I hear her talking to the manager and she told the manager she heat the meatballs which is not true! And I told her not to lie she come out of her work area as if she wanted to get in to a physical fight with me I was so shock! They really need some customer service training. Was the worse experince ever.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I had a very set mind about this subway until today. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this subways for YEARS now and we were always attended by the old manager Beatriz. A few months back I was alerted that Beatriz has taken on a new role in the company and the new managers name is Berthania. At first it was glares, my boyfriend likes a lot of spicy and everytime we would ask for extra she would just give us a look to the point where we started feeling uncomfortable whenever we would order with her. The last straw was a day where I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single slice in 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I would have to pay extra. My normal 27 dollar order suddenly became 34. I asked why she responded with “store policy” which I didn’t mind but I had ordered the same many times and never paid that amount. After this whenever she would be on shift I would turn around and eat somewhere else.

The lady in the morning Jan 17 2020 at 11am has an attitude problem. Kinda like a complex issue. I just turned around and left. Mind you I haven't been to this Subway in a while. Since I stopped going to the gym. Now that I started the gym again they'll be losing alot of my business
