Subway

I had a coupon for buy a sub get one free, after I ordered I was told they no longer accept coupons. I feel like they ripped me off for $8. I called customer care and was told it was up to the franchisee if they wanted to accept coupons or not. I have used coupons there before without a problem. Shouldn't they have to post that they no longer accept coupons?

There's no free water available, so you can only purchase after bottles if you don't wanna drink a soda. The employees are really nice, but the manager asked in front of the whole restaurant if I had purchased the chips I was eating (which I did) and pointed out that I didn't take the right cup size, when they don't even tell you which one to take. Also, they charged me the same amount of money Than my friend who ordered a footlong instead of a 6 in. Not planning on coming back.
