Wonderful place to stop on my walking routine !!!! Clean, fast and friendly !!!

Had an absolutely horrible experience with this venue. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I placed an online order on my wedding day which took around 20 minutes to place (not a user friendly ordering system) I called the restaurant to confirm that the orders were all set and ready. The woman told me it didn’t go through her system. I told her that I had a confirmation number and verified I had the right location which I did. I’ve then suggested that I just place my order over the phone to her as I had previously been told that was an option when I called earlier in the week. She told me that they don’t take phone numbers and call back in 15 minutes to see if it came through the system. I called back in 15 minutes and she said the number still wasn’t in the system. I suggested sending a picture, emailing, or faxing the order which is already listed out. Not willing to accommodate or make any helpful suggestions to remedy the situation.
