Edit: 1 star now because the general manager of the subways in ballwin, mo and surrounding areas (63011) i guess is refusing to update the hours on here for this and the the other location on manchester about 3 mi from this one. This location has been closed for over a year, probably pushing 2 years at this point. Get your hours updated. If they're not opening back up at all, take the locations off. Only doin a 3 star review so i can ask a question. Is it even open anymore? There was a sign on the door saying it was closed til may, but it was still closed in the middle of last month
I had a great experience at this location yesterday. My sandwich was made perfectly, and the staff (man and woman) was super nice. They had some problems with the register malfunctioning but both employees handled it with such professionalism and consideration for the customers who were waiting in line to pay. I highly recommend this location.????????
