Horrible service at night, they take so long on each customer and play favoritism. Please go during the day, the young girl around 5:00p she's really nice.
Customer service is very terrible here. They only have two people working and the line is out the door. Service is very slow and needs to be improved
Very well stocked, but i think it lacks professionalism/customer service when a restaurant tells you that the restroom is unavailable, restroom is a must. Sadly our sandwich artist (in this case it was robert the shift manager) would not wash his hands after handleling money, even tough he would put gloves on, he would handle clean gloves with dirty hands. Is fair to mention that we brought it to his attention and he respectfully wash his hands to craft our sandwich.
