I'm Not Sure What's Going On But Tonight Was The 3rd Time It's Happened At This Particular Subway. They Do Not Put Condiments On My Sandwich. This Time I Specifically Ordered Salt, Pepper, Red Vinegar, Oil, & Parmesan. I Know I Should Just Be Happy With What I Got - Right? The Bread, Cheese & Meat Were Correct... I'm Trying To Figure It Out. Are Employees Promised Bonuses If They Keep Condiment Costs Below A Certain Amount?, Or Maybe It's If You Don't Give Them A Tip Before They Make Your Sandwich? They Always Look At The Screen Before They Give Your Card Back To See If You Did Add One, Then They Go Off And Make Your Sandwich. I Only Go There On Rare Occasion Because They Always Get My Sandwich(s) Wrong, And I Have Made Management Aware Of The 'No Condiments' Issue Before. The Manager Even Gave Me His Personal Cell Number. They literally send me a steak sub without the steak cooked and missing bacon. I will not be ordering here again without compensation. I called and they constantly letting it ring. After 4 times calling I'm writing this review.
