Purchased three footlong for me and my family and two drinks(one beverages out and they wouldn't replace it) , mine sub great the other two were made as if my 3yr old made them. I asked for a Turkey with easy mustard (the mustard was piled on).the third sandwich was supposed to be a grilled chicken with bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese(no chicken) so sadly my wife had to fix what the employee messed up. Not going to waste anymore money at this location again.
Subway is great customer service never had a problem with them never
Very unhappy! I was just told at 7:45 that they were closed. They closed at 8:00. I showed her the sign on the door that said temporary hours showing they are open until 9pm. She said it was wrong. I walked out. I don’t go there very often and this is no way to win over customers. It felt like someone didn’t want to work. I sure hope I am wrong.
