Subway

So. Apparently they can't make sandwiches at the subway on emory. I tried order online so it would be easier on them take my large order. Can't place the order. So I go in. Turns out the employee has turned the online orders OFF because she's by herself?? So I say ok I need six sandwiches. Oh, I can't do that. Excuse me?? What exactly are you there for then? There was literally one person in the store and he was already eating. It wasn't peak lunch time. It's like 130pm on Tuesday. Come on Amanda get with the program.

Well I emailed them to let them fix the problem and they failed to do so, so I ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips. One sandwich was rock hard and the other had the incorrect ingredients and too top it off I received zero bags of chips. After I emailed them the regional manager replied and pretty much said “we are sorry you had a bad experience I will relay the message and hopefully it’ll be better next time”. Zero offer to replace or refund the items I didn’t receive. Definitely do not recommend this place just go down the street to firehouse.

I bought a steak sandwich there the other day and was really disappointed how much the quality of meat had gone down. I wouldn't eat there again.
