Subway

Ladies and gentlemen, in the 30 years I have been eating subway and the 20+ years I have been ordering my custom cut after wrapping veggie sub,I have never been so disrespected and ill treated as I was today during my visit to this establishment. I asked the worker who's name is Ms. Rashid to please wrap my sandwich and then cut thru the paper (I normally get a puzzled look of confusion when I ask this). Ms. Rashid yelled out "Aww Hell Naww, You trippin!" She was serious at first I thought she was joking...I said...well...I have been ordering my sandwiches this way for 20 years...she said..." well this is your first and last time ordering them here at this subway " I said well you sure don't have to worry about me returning and she said that's fine we will be alright...I asked her if the owner would feel the same way about losing a customer...she said she really didn't care and that she didn't need the job anyway. People rarely do I ever want to see someone get fired from their job..

I have only one problem with this place or any Subway if I order there and I try to have them make their sandwiches the way that they show on TV almost everyone doesn't have any idea what or how to make them you have to do it yourself which sometimes is good I guess but a lot of times people would prefer to have it done as it is shown on TV and if they're people don't know how to make them then they need to have other ones working there at least know how to make the sandwiches one star that's all I see that they should deserve

Never delivered food ordered online for delivery. Multiple attempts to contact, was informed that my experience was passed on to the team, but nothing was done to remedy my problem. Happened over a month ago and they refuse to refund my money.
