Subway

By far worst experience and customer service that I’ve received from subway, I wasn’t greeted as I walked in, as I walk in the employee is sitting down, music was being blasted from a phone at the register. The second employee left 30 minutes early & Alexander was extremely slow to create my meal. Alexander then proceeded to complain in front of me that I and new customers were walking in, didn’t even receive correct change, I received more if anything. Overall this facility needs new management and staff, sad to see this place start to deteriorate. Quality over quantity. This entire facility needs a revamp

They had what looked to be a kid working in there, and also the food was just horribley displayed. It looked very sloppy like they didn't care for the work environment. I lied like I had someone outside calling me and I left. Never will return eeww

Ordered the veggie patty footlong on the subway app for pickup. They never once called me to say that they didn't have the veggie patty. I found out once I had arrived home that it was missing from my sandwich.
