Subway

I ordered online and didn’t get my full order. I ordered from the app and it was delivered by door dash. I was told by the driver to call the restaurant to request a refund but I’ve called literally 15 times and no one answers the phone. There’s no customer service phone number on the app and their Fb account doesn’t answer either. Looks likes I need to dispute the charge with my bank.

Run!!Run away and don’t look back! Rude, immature unsupervised employees with no uniform or sense of care. They run out of ingredients daily, cash only, on their personal cell phones.. this is the single worst experience ever! Obviously management doesn’t care or there would be a change!! Please.. please do not go there. Absolutely terrible, unacceptable and a sad excuse for a restaurant! Did I mention.. RUN!!!

We gave them two tries, online orders, first time they messed up our sandwiches, the second time they gave us a call to say they didn't have all the ingredients to make our sandwiches & asked if we wanted to cancel, of course we did! Yesterday, my husband accidentally ordered from them again, but this time they take the W! There was a piece of something from their tools in one of our sandwiches! DON'T ORDER OR GO HERE!! it is very terrible service.. the little subway inside the speedway down on Eastlake makes them much better!
