The franchise owner needs to do a better job at hiring quality workers. Usually subways customer service is up there, but in Hamtramck not so much. At this location they have lots of attitude for no reason.
My friend and I, went to pick up an order from subway at the Hamtramck plaza, there are 2 people working both black male and female employees. There was no manager but the black male employee seemed like had a problem with me ordering, using Foul language towards me. My recommendation to The franchise owner is to do a better job at hiring quality workers. Usually subways customer service is amazing, At this specific location they have lots of attitude and foul language for no reason. I highly suggest subway hiring good mannered employees. Subway just lost a valued customer!
The WORST customer service at a Subway I've ever experienced. That old lady behind the counter has a terrible attitude. Subway looks shabby and not so clean.
