Subway

I usually love Subway but I had a very bad experience today. The main lady in charge spoke to both her employees and all the customers (including people who merely stopped by to pick up their online orders) in a very condescending way telling us to "go faster" and groaning very loudly/yelling if people asked questions. I could tell that the employees working today were new and still learning but every time they made a mistake, she would give them a stare and yell at them in front of everyone. It was very slow service, but since the employees seemed new I had no problem with this and more of a problem with the lady in charge. It made for a very negative environment and all the other customers were complaining of the same thing. I had an absolute terrible experience. I will drive the extra few minutes but go to a different Subway from this location next time.

Lady who took the order was very rude—not even greeting the customers. Responses for any questions were in a frustrated tone. As soon as you show the coupon then, she changes her face. I am not sure why the heck she is working when she doesn't like the job.
