Subway

We stopped in to Subway because our two year old child was hungry and grumpy, we waited for a while for the people in front of us and the only guy working there was not very personable, but we got a kids meal for our child and after we paid he gave us our food and the child's juice and applesauce was missing...my husband went back up to the counter again and the guy was making a sandwich for someone else so he waited, then asked the guy for the kids juice and applesauce and the guy said he would get it, then proceeded to just keep making someone else's sandwich, we waited there for like ten minutes just to be told they were out of applesauce and he didn't offer us anything else, we just got a juice yet paid full price for the kids meal which was the smallest sub with like one piece of turkey on it lol. I was about to get a refund if my daughter wasn't so hungry. Terrible service and definitely stingy on the amount of food you get

Arrived at this subway location at 7:35pm and was refused service by the guy working. He had turned off the toaster ovens before I came in, and when I asked him if he can turn it back on he told me no. I repeatedly ask him that I turn it on and he specifically told me “I’m not serving you.” They close at 8pm. Horrible customer service and complete disregard for company policy.

Paul is awesome!! He prepared our subs as I ordered them through the app. And he went above and beyond to fulfill my special instructions ???? I had not always gotten the best/nicest service here but the last couple times, the folks working there have taken great care of me! Thanks, Paul!!
