Not sure if specific to this store and they have been great in the past. I ordered online for the first time and my order was not as desired. I attempted to complete the survey but the meal was ready when I arrived and I did not get a receipt which meant I had no store number and could not complete survey. Will definitely not order online (site is not user friendly anyway) again. Not guarantee you will get what you want.
First time at this subway. Customer service was great. But They were very skimpy with the meat. I ordered a blt but i couldn't find the bacon. The bread and all veggies were fresh but would have liked more then a slice of bacon on my sandwich.
Charged me for 2 drinks and they would NOT give them to me even though on my receipt they charged my card for 2 drinks. They argued and raised their voices at me in front of my children and other customers. Also tried to steal my receipt from me when I tried to get my drinks.
